Create account assignment

Create a new pending account assignment for the authenticated organization.

This endpoint is used to pre-register a first-time loyalty benefit (points bonus or a fixed reward tier) for an identity (email or phone). The assignment is intended to be applied once when the corresponding loyalty account is created.
