What a transfer leg's frozen targetAddress resolves to, at read time.

  • agent: the address is one of the organization's own agent wallets — the leg is internal, whatever id created it.
  • contact: the address is a named third party of this treasury's address book (archived contacts included, so past transfers keep their name).
  • unknown: neither — e.g. an agent wallet deleted since the lot was signed.

Resolved from the address, never from the id that created the leg: an id only tells you which path was used to add the destination, while the address is what the signers actually verified.
