Lifecycle of a refill request raised on an agent wallet.

  • pending: waiting for someone holding multisigWallet:topup.
  • fulfilled: the requested amount was delivered by executed treasury lots, or a treasury manager closed it by hand (e.g. after a card top-up).
  • declined: refused by a treasury manager, optionally with a reason.
  • cancelled: withdrawn by the requester.
